Wow, after 47 years of on off dieting for the first time someone has explained what happens when you eat the 5 foods in the webinar! It was a eureka moment and one that has set me on track to getting the weight off and my high blood pressure down and me off tablets. It was seeing the graph of the highs and lows after eating carbs, this was me. I sneaked a little weigh in this morning and 2.5 lbs off since Tuesday and not feeling I’m missing out as feeling full.
