Can I drop out any time?

Yes this is a rolling contract. If you don’t feel you’re receiving value then you can cancel your membership at any time. This will mean you immediately lose access to your bonus video library, drop-in sessions and facebook group support.

Don’t worry, most start with no knowledge at all. It is common that people feel worried about cutting down their carbohydrates; bread in particular which is why I’ve created a great substitution list. Once you start noticing how much more energy you’ll have from eating less of the fast acting carbs you’ll look at your whole diet differently & wish you’d started sooner!

With a focus on psychology, mindset and habits; we’ll cover it all in our monthly 60-minute sessions. Led by Dr Nerys there’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and catch-up with the rest of the group. And if turning up live is difficult then don’t worry as there’ll be a recording in your video library for you to watch when convenient!

Health coaching
